POSITION OBJECTIVE


Offer the opportunity to source talent that will integrate on the Material Planning Environment easier as their first formal employment.

This will allow the student to acquire knowledge that will allow him to develop his professional profile.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Map the different planning processes to understand and suggest the key elements that need to be included in our KPI.


Develop the blueprint of the reports that will be needed and the transactions/tables of SAP need it to build the correct database to create the final KPI.


Validate with Planning Coordinators, Planning Technician, production scheduler, and inventory analyst if the elements considered the needs of each planning portion.

Design, develop, and implement a governance to monitor this KPI and the R&R to set the corrective actions if needed

Link KPI alerts with Obsolescence and Overstock levels, additional support/ confirmation.

Ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are made on time. Based on the original MRP schedule.


Work closely with the Purchasing team in a hand-to-hand effort to fulfill production requirements and cleaning up alerts or exception messages in our KPI under purchasing responsibility.

Accuracy and maintenance on a daily basis of Standard Work Activities.

Ensure COGI alerts to link with BO process accuracy.

TO, from logistic to production to be monitored

Transit time validation.

Space and overstock reduction.

System accuracy.

LCL Dispatch process.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Teamwork orientation:
be able to focus the efforts in an effective manner.


Communication:
Ability to communicate complex situations with clarity and structure on ideas and arguments.


Structure and discipline:
Be able to prioritize in a high stress environment.

Negotiation and influencing skills (with coworkers and cross functional teams).

Commercial and financial awareness. Understanding of ODC impacts and the link with Planning performance.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Result oriented


Education:


Student in the LAST semesters (7th forward) in: International trade, industrial engineering, logistics engineering, Administration or similar.


Language:

Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

Knowledge of English written and verbal (Advanced-Business)

Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
