    Asa Sales Director at Honeywell Building Solutions in Mexico City, you will playa crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Yourprimary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of salesrepresentatives, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strongrelationships with key customers and stakeholders, as well as overseeing andensure project execution is aligned with budget, timeline and clientexpectations. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking willdirectly impact the success of our large integration projects and contribute tothe overall business growth.

    Youwill report directly to our Building Automation LATAM General Manager andyou'll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and manage a team of salesrepresentatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve salestargets for large integration projects.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans todrive revenue growth and expand market share in the field of large integrationprojects.
    • Overseethe execution of building automation projects, ensuring alignment with clientrequirements, budgetary constraints, and timeline expectations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering and project management to streamline operations andoptimize project delivery.
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders,understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify newbusiness opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the largeintegration projects segment.
    • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure engineering & design, implementation,and support for large integration projects.

    YOUMUST HAVE


    • Solid experience in similar leadership rolesin Building Automation industry, with a focus on selling large private and public integrationprojects.

    • Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving revenue growth in the field of Building Automation projects.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication and negotiationabilities, in both English and Spanish.

    • Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or a related field

    • Master's degree in Business Administrationor a related field

    • Passion for sales and achieving results inthe field of Building Automation projects
