    • Localization of new supplier and potential analyze execution.
    • Develop Current and potential Suppliers.
    • Support Escalations.
    • Develop and Monitor Action Plans for critical suppliers according to the escalation levels of Quick Response Process.
    • Participate on APQP process for new programs or suppliers.
    • Elaborate and propose KPI reports to the manager.
    • Evaluate and Develop Direct Suppliers.
    • Promote and coordinate continuous improvement In the department.
    • Perform all the related audits according to VDA and Quality System.
    • Suppliers Evaluation according to Schedule.
    • Maintain all the related records to the purchasing system as well as the quality system.
    • Participate in all activities related to continuous improvement, ISO 14001 and IATF16949 This job description is illustrative but not limiting.

    • Supplier Evaluations on time and manner.
    • All reports on time.


    APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, ISO IATF, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, VDA 16, Six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Run & Rate, ERP/SAP, Advanced Micorsoft Office, Knowledge of Manufacturing and Logistics Processes desirable licence for Process Auditor and Internal Auditor, high negotiation skislls with customers and suppliers.
