JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Investigate and correct potential errors reported by any department in the company and analyze the HBG's responsibility (35%):
  • Review the contracts/integrations against the data agreed with the providers (data available in SF)-
  • Contact Sourcing department for further clarifications-
  • Contact IT for technical issues
  • Elaborate the Loss Forms in order to assess the economic impact of the errors (35%):
  • Extract the list of bookings affected from Tableau / ATLAS 2.0-
  • Calculate the proper costs & sales of the bookings affected
  • Mitigate the losses thanks to Tariff Error protocol (TEP), when possible, to minimize the economic impact of the contract errors (20%):
  • Activate TEP and share relevant info with stakeholders-
  • Track TEP activations and elaborate updated reports
  • Ensure proper registration of all relevant data in Salesforce, ensure data accuracy, and follow properly all the QC processes (10%)
  • Communication with other departments like Sourcing/GFS/OSC/SRC/SIC for litigation analysis, feedback, training,
  • Skills required:
  • Languages: English and Spanish
  • Knowledge: Salesforce and Atlas: previous experience on contracts/bookings
  • Organizational Skills, Customerfocused, Attention to detail, Teamwork, continuous improvement, Initiative.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
  • High levels of drive and resilience, comfortable working to targets. Ability to adapt to changes.
