    OTS Globe is part of the MTS Globe Group which includes two other associated companies, MTS Globe who specialise in destination services and Axis Data responsible for the group ́s IT infrastructure.

    Job description

    La posición de un agente del área de Product Build es clave para el buen funcionamiento de OTS AMERICAS. Encargados del análisis y carga de contratos principalmente, así como el mantenimiento de la información dentro de sistema siempre activo o en el estatus correspondiente, trabajan mano a mano con los equipos comerciales para obtener los resultados deseados en términos de producto y comercialización de este, en tiempo y forma. La atención principal en este equipo de trabajo es hacia nuestros clientes internos, los equipos de producto y comercial principalmente.

    Principales responsabilidades:

  • Procesamiento de carga de contratos
  • Revisión de datos e información existente en el producto cargado dentro de sistema
  • Revisiones periódicas de contratos específicos, contenido, y estatus de los hoteles activos en sistema
  • Mantenimiento de contratos, y contenido en general
  • Procesamiento de stop sales, y requerimientos especiales como ofertas, mínimos de estancias, actualizaciones de allotment, contenidos, etc.
  • Cuidado de la carga de forma eficiente y seguimiento de procesos establecidos para garantizar una carga optima y correcta.
  • Análisis de datos

    • Requirements

  • Conocimientos sobre el sector turístico en general y de servicios.
  • Habilidades de comunicación asertiva (empatía, escucha activa, actitud positiva).
  • Habilidades de negociación
  • Adaptarse al cambio y pensar en el cambio
  • Manejo del idioma inglés principalmente, escrito y hablado. Mínimo en un 80%
  • Experiencia deseable pero estamos abiertos a la formación de personal
