    Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Recepcionista para unirse a nuestro equipo:

    • Zona de trabajo: Ciudad de México
    • Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
    • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial

    Este rol es responsable de: Brindar a propietarios y visitantes un servicio adecuado en el proceso de recepción, atención a visitantes y coordinación de amenidades del Condominio

    ¿Cuál es tu día a día?

    Dentro de las principales funciones destacamos:

    • Atención en el área de recepción general (solo en horarios de alta demanda
    • Movimientos en tarjetas de acceso alta cambios y reposiciones
    • Integración, manejo y base de datos de tarjetas de acceso
    • Seguimiento al reglamento de estacionamiento
    • Atención a Inquilinos
    • Recepcion y atención de permisos de proveedores
    • Canalización de reportes de inquilinos (seguridad, limpieza, mantenimiento) vía correo o móvil
    • Atención Telefónica
    • Envió de comunicados
    • Control de inventarios de insumos

    Se requiere

    • Licenciatura: Administración o afín
