Profile requirements:
- Excellent command of English language and grammar required.
- Customer support experience.
- Front and back office.
- Quality control
- Knowledge of basic administrative processes.
- Microsoft Office
- Computer based skills.
Main responsibilities**:
- Ticket management of customer requests.
- Documentation in different platforms.
- Internal & External interaction to fulfil requests.
- Management of specific assignment assigned to support specialist by Coordinator / Lead.
