    Job Description

  • Analyze Demand Changes to negotiate with customers violations fees
  • Analyze Supply Plan changes and execute strategies to provide stability to Purchasing activities
  • Participate in Strategy meetings to establish agreements and administrate those into SAP and Kinaxis
  • Review, Analyze and administrate Engineering Changes to ensure Supply Plan aligns with demand
  • Review, Analyze and administrate Deviations to ensure Supply Plan aligns with demand
  • Administrate Capacity Analysis activities which involves, Capacity projections, Head Count Calculations, Capacity Scenarios
  • Create Solution proposals archives to the management for improving our processes
  • Develop or improve current Procedures and Guidelines
  • Coordinate and communicate strategies to Planning and Purchasing which consider current plan, changes executed along with details
  • Strong knowledge in Software such as SAP, Kinaxis & Microsoft
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English – Spanish).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely proficient with production planning systems, such as MRP, MPS and ERPs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Five plus years of experience in the position.
  • Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred.
