    The ILE Program Manager will provide leadership and management for new model programs initial concept advance planning for the scope of work, packaging concepts, budget requirements, design feasibility and program approval with timing. The Program Manager will manage the milestones and completion of critical path deliverables from the engineering design and development through implementation in support of new model vehicle programs. This position will ensure that program requirements are built with a capable process meeting timing, quality and investment. In addition, the program manager must also be capable of achieving the production manufacturing process requirements of vertical launch and related KPI's upon delivery.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Engineering bachelor's degree required.

    Minimum 8 years old of work experience.

    Knowledge 2 years' experience in automotive materials logistics management.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of management.

    Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Master's Degree.

    Knowledge of supplier sequencing and broadcasted.

    Direct experience leading cross functional team.

    Result oriented in a teamwork environment.

    Superior skills in MS Office.

    Strong desire for learning, benchmarking and supplier ability in multi-tasking while being driven to produce results.
