- Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls, and accessories) to Global OEMs including but not limited to: Product selection Engineering Support for new product implementations and engineering changes Production Line Support for pilot runs and standard production. Product Quality Control and Warranty Administration PPAPs and Sample Coordination
- Proactively interact with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Operations
- Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland ́s product engineering and manufacturing teams
- Development of Application Profiles
