    Descripción

    1.- Objetivo

    Ejecutar y administrar los procesos de recursos humanos de la unidad de negocio asignada, garantizando que se realicen en tiempo y confirme a las políticas, lineamientos corporativos u otros normativos aplicables

    2.- Responsabilidades

    1.- Revisar y ejecutar las actividades de estructura organizacional y administración de personal, asegurando que la unidad de negocio se apegue a las políticas y lineamientos establecidos en materia salarial y estructural.

    2.- Ejecutar las actividades del proceso de atracción de personal, con calidad y en los tiempos establecidos que permita el cumplimiento de los objetivos de las unidades de negocio de su alcance.

    3.- Realizar en tiempo y forma las acciones relacionadas con capacidades cultura y comunicación

    4.- Realizar los procesos en materia laboral que permitan disminuir los riegos laborales y asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones patronales u otros normativos.

    5.- Asesorar y atender solicitudes de los colaboradores referentes a servicios, trámites de nómina, laborales u otros administradores de recursos humanos.

    3.- Experiencia

    Ejecución de proceso de RH – 1 año.

    Elaboración de indicadores de proceso de rh . 1 año.

    Administración de sueldos y prestaciones – Deseable

    Pre- nomina/ cálculo de nomina- Deseable

    4.- Conocimientos

    Ley federal de trabajo- 1 año

    Sistema ERP - Deseable

    Normatividad farmacéutica (NOM-059)- Deseable

    Paquetería office.- 1 año

    5.- Escolaridad

    Licenciatura (Carta de pasante) Áreas económicas- administrativas, recursos humanos, psicología o afín
