    About the team

    This is an opportunity to lead Zillow Group's FinTech Application Development team. Our team supports Zillow Group's finance business functions including Accounting, Billing, Payments, Collections, Tax, Procurement, T&E, Treasury, PF&A, and AP among others. The team uses Finance systems' expertise to architect, build and support innovative solutions using native application functionality and custom engineered solutions in collaboration with FinTech application analysts, engineers, and product teams.

    We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to help us advance our mission to Zillow 2.0 You will work side by side with outstanding development and analyst teams both within Enterprise Applications and across Zillow Core Tech.

    As an Application Developer, you will:

    • Design, build, deliver, and support critical technical solutions in Workday Financials, Zuora, Domo, Anaplan, and Boomi.
    • Help grow a sophisticated federation of third-party tools into a cohesive, mature, and scalable platform.
    • Continually improving and perfecting system performance and reliability is highly desired.
    • Have experience in an Agile/Scrum methodology, focus on continuous improvement.
    • Work on API-based integrations and some custom application development.
    • Work in AWS, Workday Extend (WCP), MS-SQL, MySQL, SQS, and JSON.

    Como Desarrollador de Aplicaciones, deberás:

    • Diseñar, construir, entregar y dar soporte a soluciones técnicas críticas en Workday Financials, Zuora, Domo, Anaplan y Boomi.
    • Ayudar a hacer crecer una sofisticada federación de herramientas de terceros en una plataforma cohesiva, madura y escalable.
    • Mejora continua y perfeccionamiento del rendimiento del sistema y la fiabilidad es muy deseable.
    • Tener experiencia en una metodología Agile/Scrum, centrada en la mejora continua.
    • Trabajar en integraciones basadas en API y algunos desarrollos de aplicaciones personalizadas.
    • Trabajar en AWS, Workday Extend (WCP), MS-SQL, MySQL, SQS y JSON.

    This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

    In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

    Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience integrating SaaS solutions and automating critical processes with quality design and execution.
    • Prior experience with Workday Extend, AWS, full-stack SDLC, and IT Operations.
    • Experience with an Object oriented programming language (Java, Python, C# or similar modern development platform).
    • Familiarity with Sql Server, Postgresql, Mysql or other Sql/NoSql databases.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field OR equivalent experience.
    • Workday and/or Anaplan knowledge is required.

    Quién eres:

    • Licenciatura en Informática/campo relacionado O experiencia equivalente.
    • Se requieren conocimientos de Workday y/o Anaplan.
