    As a Corporate Recruiter on Vertiv's Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our Americas Region.

    You will collaborate across the organization with other recruiters, hiring managers and leaders to buildteams in a way that is consistent with our strategic priorities and behaviors.


    Responsibilities:

    Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technologyManage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitionsCollaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting strategy and to achieve Company goalsDemonstrate success in hiring talent within critical operations and engineering functionsContribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organizationBe innovative: Share your own ideas within the team to drive continuous improvement, examine each process and task with the goal of constantly providing increasing value to the customerOwn your job: Approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customer, the company and your developmentDefine and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective, lead through a sales and consultative approachFoster a data driven organization and leverage metrics/trends to drive resultsEducation, Skills and Experience: 3-5 years' minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level, preferably in both 3rd party and corporate environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAdept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfullyExcellent communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-inAbility to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiencesPerform within a highly transformative fast paced environmentThe successful candidate will reflect and embrace Vertiv's Strategic Priorities and Behaviors: OUR STRATEGIC PRIORITIES Customer FocusOperational ExcellenceHigh-Performance CultureOUR BEHAVIORS Be self-aware and learnEmbrace the customer experienceThink and act broadlyDrive change and innovationLeverage diversity for organization effectivenessFoster collaborative relationshipsAt Vertiv, we offer the stability of a global leader in a growing industry andthe opportunity of a startup.
