About the role:

• Carry out aftermarket products and spare parts business activities.
• Coordinate with customers to enhance spare part sales performance.
• Sell and manage PRoCARE contracts for MCCA customers.
• Monitor forecasts and opportunities on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal JBT teams.
• Handle customer issues with the goal of ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage customer relationships.
• Support the logistics team in inventory control forecasting.
• Undertake any other assigned projects by the supervisor.
