    TigerConnect - the leading provider of HIPAA compliant messaging and workflow optimization tools for the healthcare industry - is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and tech savvy, Sr SDET to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a software test automation team in Mexico and ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with software development, product management, and other stakeholders to implement and execute a comprehensive QA strategy, plan, and framework. You will also be responsible for overseeing the testing of software products throughout the software development lifecycle and managing a team of quality assurance engineers. You will be required to develop and maintain automated testing solutions and tools and provide regular reports on the quality status of the software products.

    TigerConnect - the leading provider of HIPAA-compliant messaging and workflow optimization tools for the healthcare industry - is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). This individual will participate in the core development process to ensure the delivery of quality applications through automation. The primary responsibilities will be building automation frameworks, scripting to support multiple platforms, developing tools to allow Engineers to implement their own functional tests, and evaluating and reporting on product quality and automation needs over time.

    The Sr SDET will work cross-functionally with an integrated team of developers, product managers, and QA Engineers for test planning and development, automation requirements, and tool creation.

    This position is part of TigerConnect's growth into the Mexico City technology hub. This is a hybrid position and is anticipated to be in the office semi-regularly.

  • Defining, developing, maintaining, and executing the automation of test scripts utilizinga variety of different functional frameworks to provide robust test coverage
  • Evaluating our currently existing automation framework and test scripts and driving any necessary changes
  • Support to create quality metrics that help the company to move in the right direction
  • Developing an easy-to-understand test coverage matrix and reporting on automation's successes and failures
  • Building tools to help Engineers implement their own test scripts within the automation framework
  • Striving to ensure that User Stories and/or system requirements are satisfied for internal and external application users
  • Ensuring automation coverage and test execution are complete during each sprint and before the release
  • Involvement in new feature automation supporting the development team
  • Conducting feasibility studies on comprehensive test plans that drive the automation strategy
  • Conducting test-leveling exercises to determine the best test layer to secure code quality

    • What You Bring:

  • 5 + years of full-time, hands-on SDET experience in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or professional experience.
  • Experience in server and backend automation is a must
  • Preferred working experience with web and mobile applications automation tools such as Appium, XCTest, Xcode, and Android Studio
  • Proven expertise in system-level testing, development, and software design is required; solid working knowledge of Selenium and coding language ( Python) and JavaScript will be nice to have.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Jenkins and GitHub actions
  • Preferableexperience Performing load testing on applications and services using jMeter or a similar performance testing tool.
  • Experience working with external testing solutions such as SauceLabs or BrowserStack preferred
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional, performance, and regression. passion for testing, development, and design
  • Experience building and maintenance automation framework from the ground up and detailed knowledge of framework workflows.
