  • Proveer información y guía a empleados, supervisores, lideres y gerentes tal como se requiera para atender dudas relacionados con regulaciones y procedimientos de recursos humanos
  • Participar en la preparación de propuestas de salarios para empleados y estudios de compensaciones y beneficios
  • Elaborar diferentes reportes de métricos de Recursos Humanos tales como rotación, ausentismo, contrataciones, HeadCount, beneficios, etc.
  • Monitorear, controlar e implementar acciones de mejora para los empleados
  • Recibir requisiciones de persona, analizar requerimientos de las posiciones y entender las necesidades con supervisores y/o gerentes
  • Seleccionar al candidato adecuado por medio de entrevistas en inglés y español y aplicación de pruebas psicométricas
  • Dar seguimiento a las nuevas contrataciones por medio de juntas periódicas y entrevistas 1 a 1
  • Supervisor el reclutamiento, selección y contratación de empleados directos
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de nuestro Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y código de Ética.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, estándares y especificaciones establecidas en el sistema de calidad
  • Mantener y promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro en la operación, a través de la prevención y atención de incidentes, accidentes y enfermedades de trabajo, asegurando el correcto uso de equipo de protección personal, así mismo asegurando que estén entrenados en seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente.
