Objetivo:
Liderear en la recopilación y seguimiento a todos los documentos técnicos de cierre del alcance de cada subcontratista durante la ejecución del proyecto, asegurándose que se tengan todos los documentos técnicos requeridos por el cliente y que han sido revisados y autorizados por el departamento correspondiente.
Responsabilidades:
El candidato coordinará con construcción todos los trabajos previos requeridos para los contratistas que suministraran equipos a distintas áreas funcionales del proyecto.
Coordinará las caminatas punch list en el sitio, tanto la apertura como el cierre de estos junto con los encargados de las áreas que levantaron los puntos.
Realizará las Transferencias Temporales para Custodia, Cuidado y Control entre contratistas, asimismo, apoyará en la gestión y trámite para las Transferencias de área al cliente, revisará todos los documentos de calidad necesarios para las transferencias. Verificará en el sitio de los trabajos, las condiciones de las áreas a entregar.
Esta persona apoyará en la coordinación del archivo de todos los documentos requeridos por FMG Global en caso de venir al sitio a hacer una auditoría.
También asegurará una transición/turnover rápida y oportuna al cliente. Realizará la coordinación de los Close out de los contratos, así como la entrega de la información final al cliente.
