Job Summary:
Recruiter - Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Draft and maintain job descriptions as needed.
- Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Proposes approaches to alternative sources of applicants to fill open positions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Special projects as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications:

- Associates Degree or equivalent in experience required.
- 12+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of fulllifecycle recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Successful track record of designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies.
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Passion for finding the right person, at the right time, for the right role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate clearly articulate your thoughts and ideas with all levels of management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to.
- Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office products.
- Consistently displays a high level of energy and enthusiasm for meeting the needs of internal and external customers modeling a "can do" attitude.

Salary:
$22, $25,000.00 per month
