Job Summary:


Recruiter - Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions as needed.
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Proposes approaches to alternative sources of applicants to fill open positions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Special projects as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

Back-up Payroll/HR
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:_
  • Approves and manages all timecards. Ensures all timecards are accurate and complete.
  • Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee's hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
  • Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
  • Reconciles payroll to ensure accuracy with employee's compensation, time worked, benefit deductions and tax withholdings.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Backup HR Representative when the Director of Human Resources is unavailable.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in experience required.
  • 12+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of fulllifecycle recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
  • Successful track record of designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Passion for finding the right person, at the right time, for the right role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate clearly articulate your thoughts and ideas with all levels of management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to.
  • Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office products.
  • Consistently displays a high level of energy and enthusiasm for meeting the needs of internal and external customers modeling a "can do" attitude.

Salary:
$22, $25,000.00 per month
