A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Program Manager to join us, where the individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product managers, functional departments, and other relevant teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Cultivate a collaborative and resultsoriented environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Utilise data skills to analyse project metrics, driving datainformed decisionmaking.
Proactively initiate and lead improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to elevate project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager at a highgrowth tech company.
Robust analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding crossfunctional teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
