    Job Description


    DE LA FUNCIÓN:
    Diarias:1.Toma de decisiones en planta de cliente sobre la calidad del producto2.Dar soporte en línea de cliente ante cualquier problema de calidad3.Generar reporte para informar a planta issues de calidad del día4.Dar disposición a material no conforme en planta de cliente5.Participar en planes de acción para mejorar calidad con cliente6.Aclaración de criterios con línea de producción de cliente7.Validación de material8Cumplir y asegurara los términos y condiciones del código de ética y administración que regula la conducta en todo momento dentro del grupo FaureciaFrecuentes1.Coordinar contenciones en instalaciones de cliente2.Coordinación de Production Trial Runs en planta de cliente3.Coordinación de recibo de materiales para pruebas4.Coordinación de recibo de materiales de reemplazo en caso de problema de calidad5.Negociación directa con clienteEventuales1.HSE(Higiene, 1.Respetar normas de seguridad e higiene de la empresa incluyendo las del cliente, usando el equipo de Seguridad, protección personal que corresponda al puesto de trabajo evitando la improvisación. Ambiente)2.Promover activamente la prevención de accidentes y lesiones, así como promover las ideas de mejoraen seguridad en el puesto de trabajo.3.Promover la prevención de la contaminación ambiental por medio de la identificación y segregación de los residuos generados según el puesto de trabajo. 4.

    Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de equipo y maquinaria que desconoce y de la cual no ha recibidoel entrenamiento específico.5.Respetar el uso y manejo de químicos en las áreas de trabajo, conociendo todas las especificaciones eidentificaciones del químico, esto según sea el puesto.

    6.Entrenarse en el conocimiento del plan de emergencias de la planta y promover la cultura y respeto de los sistemas de prevención (evite bloquear alarmas, extintores, hidrantes y botiquines) según el puesto de trabajo.7.Entrenarse, promover la cultura y respeto de los 7 fundamentales a todos los niveles, según el puesto de trabajo.8.


    La presente posición apoyara el liderazgo y el compromiso de la alta dirección de acuerdo a la políticaambiental y la ISO :9.Cumplir con la matriz de responsabilidades de acuerdo a la SGA.

    10.Cumplir con los cursos establecidos en el plan de capacitación Ambiental y Seguridad.

    Calidad1.Cumplir con los procedimientos y formatos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa con rigor y disciplina.2.Aplicar orden y limpieza (5's) en su puesto.3.Respeto y protección al producto.4.Respeto y seguimiento a los 8 Básicos de Calidad para cumplir con los requerimientos específicos del cliente5.Revisar el nivel de Autoridad y aclarar el alcance del mismo.6.
