Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo IT Intern (Practicante) para unirse a nuestro equipo de IT en Ramos Arizpe.

Responsabilidades:

Soporte a usuario final, dispositivos periféricos, impresoras/scanners, etc. Experiência en manejo de soporte técnico remoto y experiência en plataformas tipo mesa de trabajo.
PC's / Laptops (Configuración y Soporte), Impresoras Láser y Código de Barras, Cableado Estructurado, ITIL
Windows Refresh, Protocolo de Red, Diagnostico de Fallas en la Red, Conexión de Servicios de Red, Diagnostico y Mantenimiento básico de PC's e Impresoras (Interno), IATF 16949, ISO 1400
La posición es responsable de mantener y monitorear el correcto uso de las plataformas de mesa de trabajo (Helpdesk), Así como de mantener los métricos del área en un nível apropiado.
Instalar, configurar, mantener y soportar el equipo de cómputo de usuario final, así como sus periféricos y/o accesorios, además de asegurar el ciclo de vida de todos los dispositivos de IT.
Dar soporte a usuario final, así como sus dispositivos. Apoyar a las áreas de soporte y entrega del servicio en proyectos locales y globales.
Cumplir y/o apoyar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa en materia de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente correspondiente a su función o área de responsabilidad.

Perfil:

Cursando Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información o afín.
Conocimiento de los principios y prácticas de servicio al cliente.
Capaz de crear documentación técnica y de capacitación.
Ser capaz de traducir la información técnica en contenido orientado al cliente.
