  • What We Need
  • We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a critical part in engineering topnotch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization
  • Are you:
  • A fast learner with experience as a BA?
  • An excellent communicator in English and Spanish?
  • An expert in data analysis and data flows between systems?
  • As the Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between business users and software development teams. You will coordinate requirement sessions with business teams to identify functional and nonfunctional requirements needed to support critical business activities.
  • A Day in the Life:
  • Elicit business requirements from business product teams for purposes of identifying or defining functional and nonfunctional system requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into organized, documented functional and nonfunctional requirements for reference by development teams. This includes use of requirement templates, process maps, data/process flows, data mapping when applicable.
  • Consider new or existing functionality to be integrated within business platform.
  • Conduct data and systems analysis to deliver high level data maps and system integration maps.
  • Assist Solution and Data Architects in development of system architecture documentation based on the analysis conducted.
  • Work with Architecture team in the development and documentation of nonfunctional system requirements and design specifications.
  • Manage the requirements and communication with development teams.
  • Assist with testing as required may include identification of test cases, reviewing test cases and coordination of user acceptance testing
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, System, or related with 5 or more years of experience in the field.


  • Advanced English Level

  • Proficient in talking, writing & reading.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements (functional and nonfunctional).
  • Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with process improvement & problemsolving skills.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (multiple disciplines Agile/Scrum, waterfall etc.)
  • System and data analysis experience with mapping current and existing data flows between systems.
