    Professional Services Operations Coordinator

    Are you excited about bringing your skills to a top-tier company known for excellence in both content and technology? If so, we want you! Join our team of customer-focused, detail-oriented professionals in the Professional Services Operations department. Working with a group of individuals, you'll be responsible for organizing and scheduling training sessions, maintaining customer relationships, managing the Learning Management System, and providing support to various teams.

    • Schedule training and consulting sessions for clients
    • Assess resource availability to create effective training schedules
    • Work with different departments to plan staff ramp up to meet customer needs
    • Collaborate with Sales to forecast resource requirements accurately
    • Manage class attendance and session setup in LMS systems
    • Process incoming services contracts
    • Generate reports on professional service events
    • Assist with special projects as necessary

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in software applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Experience with enterprise and learning management systems
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
