- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs, difficulties, and priorities, and translate them into actionable sales collateral deliverables.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for sales collateral materials, including prioritized roadmap for content development.
- Create and deploy compelling, impactful sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, websites, case studies and more.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales collateral materials.
- Develop communication forums with sales to solicit feedback and input on future needs.
- Understand market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and best practices, informing the development of compelling messaging and positioning strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in B2B marketing, sales enablement, and content strategy, and proactively find opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on sales collateral development and sales enablement.
- Proven track record of creating impactful sales collateral materials that drive revenue growth and support sales objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to B2B audiences.
- Knack for storytelling and developing benefits-led B2B narratives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong partnership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends and standard processes.
