    y detalle de las actividadesEncargado en el Turno Nocturno de la coordinación de las actividades de manufactura en su área, administra tanto el capital humano como los equipos disponibles para el cumplimiento a los planes de manufactura siempre bajo un esquema de enfoque en seguridad y calidad como la base principal


    Responsabilidades:

    • Seguimiento al plan de producción establecido por el área de planeación.
    • Asegurarse que su personal, porte su equipo de seguridad requerido y trabaje bajo los protocolos establecidos por la empresa.
    • Administrar el recurso humano con el fin de cumplir con los compromisos establecidos.
    • Monitorear que el ambiente laboral se lleve a cabo en función de nuestros códigos de conducta y procedimientos aplicables.
    • Gestionar con los departamentos de soporte que se lleven a cabo las actividades de soporte donde se requiera día a día.
    • Liderear las juntas diarias con su personal con el objetivo de estar en cumplimiento.
    • Generar acciones con los equipos de soporte cuando algún métrico dentro de sus KPI's este fuera de meta.
    • Monitorear los níveles de inventario en sus áreas asignadas.
    • Monitorear que la Prenomina se encuentre sin incidencias de forma semanalExperiência y requisitos
    • Minimum 7 years working as production Supervisor.
    • Graduated as Industrial Engineer or related career.
    • Focus on Safety, Quality and productivity.
    • Excellent leadership.
    • Problem solving methodology.
    • Lean Manufacturing tools implementation.
    • Available to rotate shift.
