    About the role:

    As aLeadEngineer, you will be working in cross functional teams that are involved in different stages of a game development life cycle: prototyping, full production, co-development, live ops, platform conversion etc., targeting the overall production of games through cross-platform game engines.


    TheQuest:
    Participate incustomer-facingmeetingstogathertechnicalrequirementsanddetails.
    Evaluatetechnicaldocumentationor softwareprovidedbycustomers.
    Buildtechnicalproposalsof thesolutionwithteamcomposition, taskbreakdownanddeliverytimeline.
    Composeproposaldocumentsincludingtheestimationandallassumptionsconsideredfor it.
    Review thetechnicalarchitecturefor theprojectsdevelopedbythe engineeringteamsyouaresupporting.
    Act as atechnicaladvisorfor Gamedevelopmentteamsinvolvedin –internalandexternalprojects.
    Act as atechnicalleadforcertainprojectswhereyourexpertiseisthebestfit.

    We are pretty sure that you will not:
    Code daybyday,sidebysidewiththeteams–althoughtechnicalinvolvementisrequired.
    Managethescheduleor theprioritizationofbacklog,althoughyouwill advocate theinclusionoftechnicaltasks/bestpracticesin the productbacklog.
