- Gain stakeholders' support on strategy and roadmap by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.

- Communicate performance, articulating root cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
- Incorporate benchmarking information as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best in class customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of managing stakeholders in crossfunctional project experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbally and in writing)
- Experience in planning (short and longterm strategy), setting metrics, and roadmap development
- Experience working with international stakeholders across countries.
- Experience with developing new projects and processes without a prescribed template
- Proficiency in analysis tools and SQL programming
- Enthusiastic about offering the best experience to customers/sellers
