This role will particularly suit someone with strong skills in program management, analytics, queries, communication both written and verbal, relationship building and Customer Obsession.
Key job responsibilitiesThis role is responsible for the full picture of External Fulfillment Speed in MX, from day-to-day dive deeps to understand trends to driving strategic direction of Speed investments
Develop, implement, and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility of milestones and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisions
Secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones and drive delivery of main projects
Influence processes design and development
Benchmark globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for Amazon customers
