    Your Role and Responsibilities

    Infrastructure in industries such as transportation, energy, insurance, banking, and healthcare is undergoing rapid changes as our interaction with technology advances. Are you ready to help our clients progress?

    Responsibilities

    Companies now have more options than ever, whether on-premise, off-premise, or a hybrid model. As an Associate Infrastructure Specialist, your role will involve staying updated on the latest developments, leveraging your expertise to deliver solutions that align with our clients' needs and products. In this position, you may:

    • Define, analyze, and assess technical architecture on the required platform, proposing architecture options and recommendations
    • Detail and scope technical requirements into solutions
    • Engage in configuration, systems management tools, and backup and recovery tasks
    • Provide production support for existing in-house and third-party applications, interfacing with various technical representatives, and offering technical assistance to end users
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex problems

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • This position entails collaborating with our AD Architect and platform engineering team to enhance Active Directory projects aimed at strengthening our cyber security posture and delivering reliable authentication services
    • You will also work on projects related to Azure Authentication services, requiring collaboration with application development teams for implementing authentication solutions. Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and VMware management is essential, along with communication and collaboration skills
    • Solution Design / Architecture
    • Develop high-level and detailed designs, along with strategies to enhance Corporate Active Directory Environments
    • Build and implement authentication and system infrastructure solutions, ensuring operational readiness and proper documentation
    • Provide engineering support to IT operations and handle escalations to resolve critical issues in Active Directory and Azure AD environments

    Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

    • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft AD, Azure Authentication services, and VMWare solutions, along with strong knowledge of Powershell and AD command line tools
    • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve project milestones, preferably with experience in enterprise environments
    • Ensure on-going feedback and collaboration with colleagues to drive exceptional outcomes for customers
