    Analista de Servicio al Cliente*Objetivo del puesto
    Realizar registros de los requerimientos de avance, tránsito y demoras en las solicitudes de carga requeridos por los clientes, así como dar el seguimiento a los programas de carga con el área operativa, y reportar las incidencias presentadas durante los servicios de las unidades del negocio de Mercancías, con la finalidad de contar con la información requerida para la elaboración de los indicadores mensuales del proceso comercial y vista 360.Responsabilidades**Informar al cliente de las llegadas a cargas y/o descargas para el seguimiento y cierre oportuno del servicio.

    Comunicar a operaciones cualquier diferencia identificada en sistema de los servicios de la unidad de negocioInformar al cliente de forma oportuna las incidencias que puedan provocar un retraso en los tiempos establecidos para que tome las medidas necesarias.

    Registrar quejas y/o servicios no conformes generados durante el servicio para obtener la información de los indicadores correspondientes.

    Apoyar al Jefe comercial en las tareas administrativas relacionadas con el armado físico de expediente por cliente, de los reportes de servicios no conformes.

    Realizar el indicador mensual de servicio no conforme e indicador "on time".Realizar el análisis del recorrido satelital por medio del GPS para validar las detenciones de los viajes que presentan una no conformidad por parte del cliente.
