    Objetivo:

    Coordinar a los Asesores de Atención al Cliente para el logro de los principales objetivos establecidos, asegurando el desarrollo y satisfacción del equipo, cumpliendo y superando las expectativas del cliente, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio alineadas con los procesos y procedimientos de la empresa.

    Las principales responsabilidades del rol son:


    • Planificar las actividades del equipo. Esto incluye establecer objetivos, definir tareas y asignar responsabilidades.

    • Hay que asegurar de que el equipo tenga los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo sus tareas.

    • Organizar el trabajo del equipo de manera efectiva.

    • Asegurarse de que se cumplan los objetivos establecidos.

    • Monitorear el progreso del equipo, identificar problemas y tomar medidas para solucionarlos.

    El perfil necesario para el rol es:

    •
    Experiencia en puestos de gestión

    •
    Experiencia de atención a clientes.

    •
    Experiencia en manejo de equipos operativos.

    •
    Experiencia en el monitoreo de SLAs, aplicando procesos de mejora.

    • Se prefiere el título de educación superior.
