    Oracle Communications Specialist
    Oracle is seeking a Communications Specialist to assist in internal and external communications for business areas. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects and demands a proactive professional with innovative ideas and a drive for exceptional work.
    We are searching for a Communications Specialist with a commanding presence, outstanding writing and critical thinking abilities, as well as experience in leading comprehensive communications programs and influential campaigns.
    You should focus on results, possess a strong intellectual curiosity, be adept at functioning within a complex organization structure, and excel in a dynamic environment by delivering tangible outcomes.
    Experience in various communication fields (internal, external) is necessary, along with familiarity with diverse Latin American markets.
    Qualifications:
    • BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing
    • 4+ years of communications experience
    • Provide communications guidance to executives
    • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
    • Proficiency in English
    • Familiarity with internal communication tools and social networks like Slack
    • Understanding of audience measurement processes for communication effectiveness
    • Knowledge of Excel and data reporting tools

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead corporate communications initiatives for people-oriented programs, events, and employee engagement while maintaining consistent brand messaging
    • Support regional executives by creating engaging content for internal and external audience outreach
    • Generate ideas for external communications related to the company and executive content
    • Develop expertise in Oracle technology and business-related issues
    • Implement comprehensive communication plans to enhance organization visibility
    • Conduct interviews to assist in PR and internal communications
    Main Activities:
    • Engage with various departments and executives across different functions
    • Execute communication plans for news announcements internally and externally
    • Create compelling story angles to interest technology and business journalists
    • Manage media relations programs
    • Prepare content including press releases, articles, and executive messaging
    • Develop expertise in Oracle technology and business landscape
    • Generate ideas for external communications and executive content
