    The Role

    As an Associate Manager of User Research, you will bring the power of insights to design and product decisions. You will lead a team of user researchers dedicated to building a strong research culture throughout the organization. You will develop strategic partnerships with leaders across the organization, go deep into the problem space and translate their vision into research strategy.

    Your Impact

  • Streamline access to users by growing AspenTech users' panel
  • Bring in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Collaborate with Product leaders to identify impactful research roadmap
  • Manage a team of researchers
  • Foster a sustainable research culture and community focusing on continued learning.
  • Establish Research operation processes
  • Collaborate closely with Voice of Customer (VoC) program
  • Lead programs to measure product usage touchpoints PSAT data, engagement metrics) and incorporate usage data to drive insights

    • What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, psychology, cognitive science, or related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience in user research for web products
  • At least 1 year experience managing a User Research team
  • Experience performing user research for software products
  • Well-versed with qualitative and quantitively research methodologies
  • Understand how to work with research operations to identify process and tooling efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English fluency (written and spoken)
