    AUXILIAR DE CUENTAS POR COBRAR , para que formes parte de nuestro equipo

    Requisitos:
    Experiência 1 año en Ramo Automotriz (Deseable)

    Escolaridad:
    Lic. Contaduría o afín Experiência en Paquetería Office (Excel)

    Conocimiento general en Contabilidad Administración de Cartera y Control de Cobranza Disponibilidad de Horario
    ACTIVIDADES:
    Capturar los pagos y facturación de los acreditados del Distribuidor, con el fin de vigilar el pago oportuno de sus acreditados Revisar los saldos de los diversos créditos otorgados, con el fin de conciliar los estados de cuenta y los contra-recibos correspondientes Registrar los pagos efectuados en caja en el sistema de Contabilidad del Distribuidor, con el fin de actualizar el estado de la cartera de cuentas por cobrar Elaborar los contra-recibos de las compañías aseguradoras, con el objeto de gestionar su pago ante ellos Elaborar las solicitudes de cheque para el pago de deducibles a las Aseguradoras Apoyar al gestor de cobranza en la entrega de facturas a las agencias Elaborar las notas de cargo y crédito
