    Dana es un líder global en el suministro de sistemas de transmisión, soluciones de sellado y tecnologías de gestión térmica avanzados que mejoran la eficiencia y el rendimiento de los vehículos con transmisiones convencionales y de fuentes de energía alternativas. Prestamos servicio a los tres principales mercados: turismos, camiones comerciales y equipos extraviales, y desde Dana ofrecemos a los fabricantes internacionales de equipos originales y el segmento de accesorios de repuesto el soporte de servicio y los productos a nivel local que necesitan desde una red de prácticamente 100 centros de ingeniería, fabricación y distribución.

    Finalidad del trabajo

    Generar las estrategias y coordinar las actividades de Desarrollo del Personal de todos los niveles de la empresa de acuerdo con los requerimientos y necesidades de las diversas áreas, sistemas y regulaciones gubernamentales, para garantizar que el personal cuente con la competencia para el desarrollo de sus funciones a fin de lograr que este cumpla con los requisitos internos, del cliente, del Corporativo y de la Norma IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

    Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo

    • Capacitacion
    • Implementar las estrategias de Desarrollo de la organización en planta
    • Gestionar los acuerdos con Escuelas Técnicas y Universidades para implementar proyecto de desarrollo de Estudiantes
    • Implementar acciones de compromiso sobre la formación, las horas de formación, las trayectorias profesionales, los planes de sucesión
    • Informar y analizar el progreso de la formación, las horas de formación y aplicar medidas para cumplir objetivos
    • Facilitar los programas de desarrollo de los empleados y garantizar la aplicación de la estrategia de formación
    • Gestionar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos empleados y contratistas
    • Gestion del Talento: Establecimiento de Objetivos, Evaluación del Rendimiento , 360, LTR
    • Selección de Personal
    • Eventos familia-empresa
    • Cumplir con lo establecido en las Instrucciones de Trabajo (WI's) y Procedimientos (OP's) ambientales aplicables al área, para cuidar y preservar el medio ambiente. ISO 14001 / Sistema de Gestión Ambiental.
    • Conocer y cumplir el Reglamento de Seguridad de la Empresa, para prevenir accidentes, evitar actos y condiciones inseguras ISO 45001 / Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo
