    Se solicita Asistente Contable de Cuentas por Cobrar con Lic.

    en Contabilidad o a fin pasante o titulado con 1 año de experiência como Auxiliar Contable y/o en áreas de Cuentas por Cobrar preferentemente.


    Actividades principales:
    Revisión y envío de facturas por correo. Revisión y Envío de facturas a revisión física. Revisión, validación y generación de adendas comerciales en portales. Seguimiento a la correcta recepción de materiales en las diferentes plantas de los clientes. Aplicación de pagos recibidos y NC. Depuración de cuentas. Análisis de clientes con sus saldos. Elaboración de complementos de pago (REP). Envío y validación de complementos de pago en portales. Apoyo a la cobranza diaria. Apoyo a la elaboración de indicadores. Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes para juntas de ventas. Recopilación y seguimiento de evidencias de entrega de materiales. Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes para el correcto monitoreo de clientes especiales.


    Estamos ubicados en:
    San Francisco 12, Col. San Francisco Cuautlalpan, Naucalpan de Juárez, Edo. de México.

    Como referencias estamos a espaldas del metro Cuatro Caminos (Toreo) y a media cuadra del Poder Judicial de la Federación.


    Ofrecemos:
    $9,500 pesos mensuales con prestaciones de ley y superiores (vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro y comedor gratuito)

    Horarios:
    lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm y sábados de 8am a 12pm
