    • Lo que implica este trabajo:

    será responsable de garantizar la precisión y puntualidad en el registro ypagode facturas, así como de mantener un alto nivel de eficiencia en los procesos contables relacionadosconlascuentas por pagar.

    Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Analista de Cuentas por Pagar para unirse a nuestro equipo:

  • Zona de trabajo : Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX
  • Horario de trabajo : Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
  • Modalidad de trabajo : Híbrido

    • ¿Cuál es tu día a día?

  • Procesar los pagos salientes de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos financieros
  • Realizar las transacciones financieras diarias, incluyendo la verificación, clasificación y registro de los datos de las cuentas por pagar
  • Conciliar el libro de cuentas por pagar para garantizar que todas las facturas y los pagos se contabilizan y contabilizan correctamente.
  • Verificar e investigar las discrepancias, si las hubiera, mediante la conciliación de las cuentas de los proveedores y los extractos mensuales de los mismos.
  • Facilitar el pago de las facturas vencidas mediante el envío de recordatorios de facturas y el contacto con los clientes
  • Generar informes detallando el estado de las cuentas por pagar
  • Comprender las cuentas de gastos y los centros de costes

    • Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

  • Excel Avanzado
  • Licenciatura en contabilidad
  • Conocimiento sólido de los principios básicos de contabilidad y de cuentas por pagar
  • Alto grado de precisión y atención al detalle
