As an NHS Wellbeing Coach from April 2020 to July 2020 in London, I volunteered 4 hours a week as part of the acute crisis response service. Our mission was to support the wellbeing of NHS employees and key support workers during the challenging times of COVID-19. This role, designed by experts and delivered at clinical standards, allowed me to contribute to the mental and emotional support of those on the frontline. Through this experience, I further developed my coaching skills and found a profound sense of purpose and fulfilment in making a difference during the crisis.

During my time as a Samaritans Volunteer, spanning from February 2003 to April 2010 in various locations, I engaged in a range of roles, including phone and face-to-face listening, prison listening, and training new listeners.
