    OBJETIVO:
    Generar ventas de las diversas plataformas para el cumplimiento del presupuesto mensual y anual.


    ¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA POSTULAR?
    Licenciatura en Comercio, Negocios Internacionales o afín.

    5 años de experiencia como Gerente Comercial.

    Proyección de trabajo, planeación de recursos y personal.

    Experiencia del sector editorial (Deseable).


    FUNCIONES:
    Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado y desarrollar planes para aprovecharlas.

    Gestionar y liderar equipos de ventas, estableciendo metas y asegurando su cumplimiento .

    Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con clientes existentes, así como prospección de clientes potenciales.

    Realizar análisis de mercado y evaluación de la competencia para ajustar estrategias según sea necesario .

    Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos comerciales y trabajar para alcanzar los objetivos financieros establecidos.

    Colaborar con otros departamentos, como marketing, operaciones y finanzas, para garantizar la coherencia en la ejecución de estrategias.


    ¿QUÉ BENEFICIOS TENDRÁS?

    Sueldo:
    $30,000 mensuales libres.

    Prestaciones Superiores a la Ley (20 días de vacaciones, convenio con establecimientos, crecimiento constante).

    Esquema de trabajo híbrido.
