    DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a Lead Software Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    Responsibilities
    • Draft, maintain, and execute test cases to ensure the highest quality of our products
    • Identify and report any defects found during testing, contributing to our commitment to continuous improvement
    • Execute a variety of test techniques, working closely with product owners and test leads to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and plan testing coverage for upcoming features
    • Provide accurate estimations, helping to streamline our processes and improve efficiency
    Requirements
    • Proven experience with Test Plan development and maintenance
    • Expertise in developing Test strategies
    • Experience with Test Case Development and Maintenance
    • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
    • Experience in APIs testing using tools such as Postman, soapUI, etc
    • Expertise in Web-testing, ensuring our web applications function seamlessly
    • Proficiency in generating metrics and reports across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as directed by the team
    • Experience with testing microservice/distributed systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency
    • Familiarity with triaging technical issues, helping to resolve problems quickly and effectively
    • Experience working in an Agile software environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
    • Knowledge of SQL, enabling effective database testing
