    The Opportunity

    As Marketing Group Manager your mission is to prepare and put in place the Marketing Plan for Rabanne and Penhaligon ́s, in order to accomplish objectives fixed in terms of market share, net revenues, profitability and brand building.

    What you ́ll get to do

  • Planning of different Marketing strategies for the brands above mentioned for different retailers, following the brand objectives and international guidelines.
  • Run brand analysis (monthly/brand review/business review) and control the reporting of the area for internal use for International Development and Brands.
  • Collaborate in the building of the strategy for Media & PR plan per brand.
  • Control, analysis and follow-up of S.O results using.
  • Work & collaborate with different areas to achieve objectives & foster innovation.
  • Leadership and management activities within local brand teams. We ́d love to meet you if you have

  • 5-8 years of experience in beauty marketing product management
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Strong attention to detail, activations on the point of sale within different retailers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Conversational English Skills.
