- Assist in the planning and organization of events and workshops.
- Manage relationships with local vendors.
- Coordinate agendas and topics with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Oversee local payments.
- Convene various stakeholders, among other tasks.
- Assist IRI/Mexico staff in coordinating and/or preparing travel schedules and attend meetings and activities during such visits.
- Write weekly reports on activities conducted.
- Collect information generated by local partners.
- Monitor and update progress indicators and local program databases.
- Develop indicator metrics and thematic and contextual analysis related to the program.
- Interact with local partners and government authorities: Represent IRI professionally at seminars, workshops, and forums organized by program partners. Manage relationships and meetings between local government authorities and civil society actors with the IRI/Mexico team.
