    Tax Manager

    Job ID: 36305

    Location: Silao

    Salary Classification: 12

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all activities related to the company's tax management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all local and international tax obligations.
  • Develop effective tax strategies that maximize financial performance and minimize tax risk.
  • Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as tax audit management.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effective integration of tax strategies into business operations.
  • Supervise and train the tax team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree in Taxation highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in tax returns, deferred taxes, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing sector.
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
