Associate Job Description & Summary
A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy.
You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
Our Accounts Payable and Receivable team is responsible for performing collections activity and payment of debt activity.You'll focus on working with senior individuals to review and produce reports related to the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts that will assist PwC in achieving monthly collection target amounts as well as ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.

General Purpose (of the position): Asegurar la correcta y oportuna programación de pago a proveedores de acuerdo con los lineamientos y políticas de control interno de la firma, así como coordinar el proceso de seguimiento de información y registros de las operaciones de cuentas por pagar a proveedores y atención de requerimientos de las diversas áreas Functions and responsibilities: Realizar la programación de pagos a proveedores de acuerdo con sus plazos establecidos de crédito Revisar que los proveedores cumplan con la información y soportes que requieren para sus pagos Revisar la aplicación de los registros contables de las operaciones de acuerdo con lo establecido por la firma Mantener la comunicación con el equipo de TCS Uruguay y PWC US en el proceso de pagos e información financiera Actualizar el resguardo de información que soporta la operación con proveedores Realizar la oportuna atención de requerimientos de las áreas de servicio y proveedores Integración, análisis y seguimientos de las cuentas contables a cargo del área Coordinar la elaboración, análisis y entrega oportuna de las conciliaciones bancariasRevisar que los proveedores y sus soportes cumplan con las obligaciones fiscales requeridas Academic background: Contador Público titulado Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, FinanzasTecnología de la Información Qualifications & Skills: Conocimiento actualizado en requisitos fiscales contablesExcel avanzadoTablas dinámicasAlteryxSAP-GFSHabilidades de comunicación Minimum years experience required De 6 meses a 2 años Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:
