- Control the actual, forecast, and budget of R&D projects.
- Plan and control cost center and budget allocation, including the monthly analysis, measure setting, and tracking.
- Coordinate with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D cost view and headcount, including transparency regarding changes, impact, and measures set.
- Be a thought partner for questions regarding strategy surrounding R&D cost, headcount, CAPEX, NCE, etc.
- Coordinate with HQ development partners and draw up the necessary contracts with international cooperations.
- Drive digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.
- Create business plans and EVA calculations for R&D projects and tracking of target costs for various projects.
- 5+ years of experience with financial management in a controller role.
- 3+ years of experience using financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems, such as SAP.
- 3+ years of experience using PowerBI.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business major
- 3+ years of experience with SAP
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- MBA or CPA
