    Summary

    Quality Specialist is responsible for overseeing Quality Management phases - Planning/Prevention, Corrective Action, and Continual Improvement. Leading process definition and ensuring high-quality product delivery to customers.

    Detailed Description

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Leading the team in handling quality excursions effectively
    • Overseeing product & material quality from NPI to production
    • Developing quality control plans
    • Monitoring quality KPIs internally and externally
    • Driving continuous improvement
    • Developing and maintaining internal quality systems
    • Leading audits and improvement actions
    • Coaching junior staff
    • Participating in quality strategy deployment

    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards
    • Understanding of product and manufacturing processes
    • Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

    Physical Demands

    • Duties in a typical office environment
    • May require manual movements and visual concentration
    • Ability to handle light and heavy objects

    Typical Experience

    • 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry

    Typical Education

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience
    • Educational requirements may vary
