    SERVICE DESK ANALYST_-
    SUMMARY:_- _Create new network accounts and readying the system/account for new employees and de-provision accounts as needed._- _Act as the primary contact for end user requests and troubleshooting, including MS Windows, Office 365, Telephones, Printers, and general support._- _Install, configure, and upgrade PC Software._- _Deploy/build new laptops and end user devices and prepare for use._- _Assist with onboarding of new users.

    Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT Engineering_- _
    Bilingual _(English/Spanish)_- _
    1-3 years of related experience_- _
    Conveniently located at ECOPARK_ _(Avenida Juan Gil Preciado 2450, Col.

    Gross monthly salary $22,000.00_ _pesos_- _
