    Somos una compañía transnacional con operaciones en México, Ghana, Filipinas y Estados Unidos. Nuestras oficinas en México están ubicadas en Concentro, en Zapopan, Jalisco.
    IT SUPPORT | HELP DESK ANALYSTBENEFICIOS-
    Horario: lunes a viernes 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hora de comida):

    • Salario base $20,000 nominales al mes:
    • Fondo de ahorro
    • Vales de despensa
    • 2 días más a los del periodo vacacional (14 días primer año)
    • 30 días de aguinaldo
    • Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores

    • Estacionamiento
    • Pago semanal los viernes
    • Contrato directo con la empresa
      Requisitos:
    • Comprensión de conceptos básicos de WAN como direccionamiento IP, servicios DNS, etc.
    • Inglés
    • Conocimientos de hardware y software informático.
    • Sólidos conocimientos de Windows 10/1
    • Se valorarán conocimientos de telecomunicaciones (voz) y redes.
    • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera 100% presencial

    ACTIVIDADES:

    • Instalación, ensamble y configure computadoras, monitores, dispositivos de red y periféricos como impresoras, escáneres, conmutadores y hardware relacionado.
    • Ayuda a mantener los níveles de parches y AV de la computadora portátil y la estación de trabajo.
    • Adquisición, instalación, operación, mantenimiento y gestión de sistemas de CCTV.
    • Mantiene la organización física y el orden de todos los activos de TI que se implementan en el sitio y en el almacenamiento
    • Inventario de equipos de TI e ingreso de inventario
    • Manejo de solicitudes de servicio de TI a través de tickets de servicio, correo electrónico y chat.
