    Internal Audit Professional

    Description:

    • Conduct internal audits to assess and improve risk management, control, and governance processes.
    • Perform SOX audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Analyze audit data and provide reports with recommendations to management.
    • Evaluate and enhance internal controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
    • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
    • Identify opportunities for improving compliance and recommend best audit practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to contribute to process improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 4 years of experience in internal audit.
    • CPA, CIA, or CFE certification required.
    • Proven experience in performing SOX audits.
    • Background in Big 4 accounting firms preferred.

    Knowledge and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of risk management, control frameworks, and governance processes.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
