    Multinational Agroindustrial Company

    Descripción de la vacante
    • Planning, direction, supervision, control and optimization of the resources assigned to the company.
    • Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same
    • Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.
    • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
    • Optimize the various financial and administrative indicators of the company.
    • Production cost and Purchasing Control and Suppliers negotiation.
    • General Accounting supervision and Analysis of main KPIs of the company.
    Perfil del candidato
    • B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Business or Administration.
    • Master's Degree is a plus.
    • +5 years of experience in a Finance Leadership Position.
    • Experience on the Agroindustrial field.
    • Availability to travel. Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
    • Advanced English level (oral and written)
